Preparing to come to the classes

Bring Your Water Bottle

Stay hydrated by bringing a water bottle with you. We recommend having water breaks throughout the session.

Donot Forget Your Gears

If you have a FIT DOJO uniform, please wear it during classes. Cleanliness and hygiene are essential, so make sure your attire is fresh and your nails are trimmed.

Showing Respect

Show respect to our instructors, fellow students, and the training space. Follow dojo etiquette, such as bowing when entering or leaving the training area. Maintain a positive attitude, support your classmates, and listen attentively to instructions.

Come On Time

We recommend arriving a few minutes before the scheduled class time. This will give you enough time to check in, change if needed, and mentally prepare for the session.

Inform our instructors of any health conditions, injuries, or physical limitations you may have before starting your training. If you have concerns, it's advisable to consult with your healthcare provider before engaging in any physical activity.
